Since 1829, we've been making biscuits. But what we love most is everything around them. The cheerful hellos, the smiles at the counter. The returns after years away, the excited first-timers. The "same as usual", the "can I try a new one?". The hesitation in front of the window, and the confident choices. They might not seem like much, these little everyday moments. But look a bit closer…what else could it be but love?

Witness (and accomplice) to all your love affairs

Nearly two centuries in, and we've seen it all. The ones who come to confess, the ones who come to celebrate. The first times and the every times. Families that keep growing, friendships that keep deepening. New couples, old friends, and everything in between.

Times changed, tastes shifted, even the way we talk about love changed, but not the thrill of seeing you walk in, treating you to something good, and being part, just a little, of your story.

Love doesn't follow a recipe

Today, love is lived in a thousand ways, each one as valid as the next: Fierce passion or quiet friendship, love at first sight or fifty years of devotion, long-distance or all-in…

Same goes for our biscuits. Some of you have been faithful since day one. Others like to wander, to try, to be tempted. There are fresh crushes, old flames, and friendships you can sink your teeth into. Love, like taste, doesn't owe anyone an explanation and we wouldn't have it any other way.


Thank you for loving us back

This year, we wanted to say thank you. To celebrate what ties us together by going back to what matters most: you. Your stories, your favourite biscuits, your ways of loving (us). No casting, no staging, just familiar faces, photographed as they are in our boutique des Galeries by Frédéric Uyttenhove.

Meet Christine, devoted to the Biscuit Cerise since 1965. Crispin, exclusive with the Pain d’Amandes for three years now. Manon, loyal to her first love: the Pain à la Grecque. 

And so many others, passing through, coming back, never quite leaving.

So to prove it, we've made three treats for you, handmade in our atelier with the finest ingredients: a Cœur de Beurre, a Cœur en Massepain, and a Feuille de Palmier XL. 3 biscuits to enjoy, to share, to give to whoever holds your heart.
