Ritual
Scoop or sorbet? Game on!
Brussels, May 2026. Spring's in full swing though the sun's still making up its mind. Meanwhile, we're starting to dream of sun-soaked terraces and sunglass tan lines. So rather than waiting on summer, we've decided to hurry it along.
Frozen treats don't wait for summer.
At Dandoy, we have our own method: bringing out the ice creams, the sorbets, and the fruity biscuits. Our way of letting summer know we're ready to stroll, and above all, ready to indulge.
The best part of summer's slightly early return? Falling back into that wonderfully simple ritual: choosing your ice cream, and how to enjoy it. A guilty pleasure, fully embraced.
What's your flavour?
Ice cream or sorbet? Cup or cone? And which biscuit on the side? Every question has a right answer: yours.
On the ice cream side: vanilla, Speculoos, chocolate, pistachio, caramel. The classics, the ones that never let you down. On the sorbet side: lemon or strawberry, bright and fruity, for those who prefer it light.
Hello, fruity biscuit season!
On the biscuit side: our carré à la fraise, alongside our coconut, raspberry, and lime summer sablés, are making their return. Colourful, generous, and fruity, they're just as good on their own as they are paired with ice cream, a waffle (or both at once).
And to keep the game going at home, three boxes and assortments enter the play:
- L’Amour de Saison - Un biscuit au citron tout rond, et un carré à la fraise de saison.
- L'Heure d'Été - Des biscuits à savourer pieds nus, et lunettes sur le nez.
- La Tutti Frutti - Des biscuits fruités qui vous accompagnent tout l’été.
Handmade in our Brussels atelier since 1829
If there's one thing we love to remind you of, whatever the season: our ice creams and biscuits are handmade in our atelier in Woluwe. Our artisans work on each recipe with the same care, the same precise gestures, and a love for good things that's lasted nearly two centuries. Carefully chosen ingredients, no shortcuts, and always that familiar taste that takes you back to childhood with the very first bite...and every bite after.
But wait.
What if this early summer was just the opening round? What if the next move played out across the whole city? Before we say more, we're counting on you to play along, and answer THE question: ice cream, or sorbet?
