The Great Summer Game
Summer is here. Not the one we were waiting for, but the one we created ourselves. With handcrafted Brussels ice cream, summer-flavoured biscuits, seven animated Brussels postcards, and games to doodle in our Summer Booklet.

Ice cream, sorbets and biscuits: because we didn't wait for summer
As early as the end of April, we kicked off the season ahead of time. Our handcrafted ice cream, fruity sorbets and summer biscuits came straight out of the workshop, and we're not sorry about it.
We told you all about it back in April. Ice cream or sorbet, the choice is yours.
For the loyal fans: vanilla, Speculoos, chocolate, pistachio and caramel. The classics that need no introduction. For those who prefer something lighter: a lemon sorbet or a strawberry sorbet, fresh and fruity. And when it comes to biscuits, our coconut, raspberry and lime shortbread, along with our strawberry square, are back. Colourful, generous, and just as delicious on their own as paired with an ice cream. Or both at the same time we're not judging.
And to keep the game going at home, three boxes have joined the fun:
Brussels, told through seven postcards
This summer, we went out to film Brussels. Not to make a documentary. Rather, to write it postcards. Contemplative scenes where the city lives at its own pace and our products quietly find their place within it.
Seven locations. Seven moments of the day. One voice: Christiane's, writing to Brussels as you would write to an old friend you've loved forever.
8:11 a.m., the Atomium. 10:33 a.m., the Grand Place. 11:55 a.m., the Jeu de Balle. 2:14 p.m., the Galeries Saint-Hubert. 5:33 p.m., the Bois de la Cambre. 6:29 p.m., the Sablon. 9:07 p.m., Place Poelaert.
