Maison Dandoy joins the B-Corp community
At Maison Dandoy, we believe that every action counts, whether it’s for our biscuits or the world around us. That’s why, after seven generations of perfecting our artisanal recipes, we’ve decided to go even further. Today, we’re proud to announce that we are officially B-Corp certified!
But what does this really mean?
The B-Corp label is much more than just a certificate. It’s a commitment to running a business in a more responsible way. Being B-Corp certified means meeting high standards for social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. In other words, we have to prove that our biscuits are not only good for you, but also for the planet and the people who live on it.
To earn this certification, we had to show our commitment in five key areas: governance, the well-being of our teams, our role in the community, our environmental impact, and, of course, customer satisfaction. These five pillars guide our actions and push us to go even further. In fact, they align perfectly with our own commitments: the planet, the people, and our biscuits.
(The planet, meaning our commitment to reducing our environmental impact. The people, which includes our stakeholders, for whom we aim to create a positive impact. And the biscuits, so we can continue offering artisanal treats that are increasingly sustainable and responsibly made.)
But this is only the beginning of our journey. B-Corp certification is a key step in our regenerative approach, where every day we work to make our positive impact bigger. Our goal? To create a regenerative-focused company where nothing is left to chance, and where every ingredient and action matters.
Becoming B-Corp certified isn’t the finish line; it’s a framework that drives us to keep growing, making every biscuit and every gesture even more responsible.
