Behind the scene
Everyone to the farm… to sow for tomorrow!
What if getting your hands dirty today helped feed the world tomorrow?
At Maison Dandoy, we believe that biscuits can help build a better world.
A world where indulgence rhymes with responsibility, where every ingredient is carefully chosen, and where every gesture counts for the future.
For several years, we’ve been proudly moving forward on a path toward regenerative business.
This approach means: thinking differently.
Thinking in ecosystems.
Thinking about living things.
Thinking of future generations.
And above all… acting—smile after smile, biscuit after biscuit.

So when it came time to gather our big family—our team—we wanted this moment to be more than a simple team-building day.
We wanted to lead by example, to inspire one another, and to reconnect with what truly nourishes us—literally and figuratively!

Off to Ferme de Grange, with Stany and Guirec de Wouters.
On Wednesday, June 11th, for the first time in our history, all our boutiques, our workshop and our production lines came to a halt for a very special occasion. We brought every member of the Maison Dandoy team together at Ferme de Grange, for a full immersion into regenerative farming.
Ferme de Grange is a committed, forward-thinking family farm, part of the Farm for Good cooperative. It’s the very farm that supplies the flour we use to shape your favourite biscuits.

From field to biscuit: that was the common thread of the day.
At Maison Dandoy, 70% of our raw materials come from Belgian suppliers, 60% are certified organic, and 25% come from a regenerative organic farming chain via Farm For Good. Because to bake good biscuits, you first need to understand where your ingredients come from, who grows them, and how.
And to do that, there’s nothing better than going out into the fields—boots on, hands in the soil.

The program:
- An immersive visit through the crops
- Workshops on soil life, biodiversity, life cycles, and the realities of farming
- A hands-on “feet in the dirt” activity—concrete, sensory, essential
- Honest conversations on our sourcing decisions, our responsibilities, and our vision of a joyfully regenerative future

Why this day?
Because we believe that to move forward together, we must bring our teams along—help them feel what drives us:
- The beauty of living things
- The importance of preserving what we rely on
- And the joy of being part of something greater than ourselves
This day was also the story of two family-run businesses walking side by side, with shared values of sustainability, transmission, and respect for all living beings.
A story of family, long-term vision, and sincere connection between people, soil, and ovens.
🙏 A huge thank-you to the kind-hearted students who kept our boutiques open that day—this green break wouldn’t have been possible without you!
And to you, who bite into our biscuits with joy and curiosity:
Thank you for being part of this delicious and meaningful adventure.
See you soon—
in a boutique, or maybe among the wheat 🌾
